SellerStack tools are currently free to use without an account. We may change which tools are offered or how the service is supported in the future.

Acceptable use

• Use the tools for lawful business purposes.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't submit content you don't have the right to use, or abusive or spam tool requests.

Tool availability

Tools may be added, changed or removed. Some tools are shown as previews and are not yet functional. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the product information you enter. You're responsible for checking any generated listing before publishing it.

Intellectual property

The SellerStack name, design and software belong to SellerStack. Marketplace names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Third-party marketplaces

SellerStack is independent and not affiliated with any marketplace unless explicitly stated. Marketplace rules and fees are set by those platforms.

Limitation of liability

The tools are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SellerStack is not liable for losses arising from business decisions made using its results. See the Disclaimer.

Misuse

We may block access for anyone misusing the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. Governing law and jurisdiction details will be added once SellerStack's operating entity is formalised.
