Privacy Policy
This policy describes how SellerStack currently works. We'll update it if that changes.
No accounts
SellerStack has no login or signup, so we don't hold user accounts or passwords.
Information you enter into tools
Most calculators run entirely in your browser. Products, orders and settings you save (for example in the Catalog Manager or Order Profit Tracker) are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so export a copy if you need one.
AI listing generation
When you use the Listing Builder's generate feature, the product details you enter, the number of images you uploaded, and the reference link and structural hints (if provided) are sent through our server to an AI service. The image files themselves stay in your browser; they are not sent to the AI service. We don't store generated listings in our database. Save a product to keep its listing in this browser.
Reference links
If you add a reference URL, our server fetches that page once to read its structure. Only use links you are allowed to access.
Tool requests
If you submit Request a Tool, we store your answers, the date, and — only if you provide them — your name and email. Names and emails are never displayed publicly. We use your email only to contact you about the request, and only if you ticked the permission box.
Cookies and analytics
SellerStack's own code does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not add third-party analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when loading them.
Retention
Browser-stored data stays until you delete it or clear your browser storage. Tool requests are kept while they are useful for planning SellerStack. There is currently no dedicated deletion-request channel; please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect submitted data, but no online service is completely secure. Don't enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information into any tool.

The Request a Tool form is for tool suggestions, not privacy support. We will add a dedicated contact channel when one is available.
